Radar Signal Analysis Engineer (Chantilly, VA)

Job Tasks

You will join our Data Analysis and Reporting Division that is responsible for delivering critical and timely asset health information to our customers. As a Radar Signal Analysis Engineer, you will analyze ground penetrating and wall imaging radar data obtained from a variety of sensors and fielded across the world. A deep grasp of the ground penetrating radar and wall imaging radar, signal processing techniques and of the asset will be used by the engineer to generate and deliver customer reports. An understanding of the greater context, the physics of the problem along with problem-solving reasoning must be applied on a daily basis. You will be put on an intensive and fast-paced training scheduling to start making an impact immediately.


Work directly with customers, field engineers, and data analysis team members to obtain the best quality and most valuable sensor data.
Perform analysis of the radar-based data using internally developed analysis methods and tools, a variety of signal processing techniques, and knowledge of the asset under inspection.
Be the final analyst to investigate the radar data before delivery to the customer
Undergo an intensive, self-driven and continuous training schedule to understand and follow team guidelines and protocols, sensor operation, analysis and signal processing methods and all details of the assets under inspection.

RF Antenna Engineer (Chantilly, VA)

(APPLY) We are looking for a highly motivated, and innovative Antenna/RF Engineer to join our team, who will actively participate in our current technology development programs involving UWB radar applications.

Job Tasks

The Antenna engineer will design and build antenna prototypes and RF systems. Specific tasks include:

Develop novel antenna design techniques;

This person will join our Software Quality Assurance team to plan, develop and execute tests to deliver high-quality features to customers. Position requires experience in unit, integration and acceptance test planning and execution. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and disciplined, maintaining responsibility for all assigned tasks.

Job Tasks

Plan, develop and execute tests to deliver high-quality features to customers
Analyzing and identifying the golden path, smoke tests and critical integration tests for our software/hardware
Creating, improving and documenting test scenarios in collaboration with the rest of the team
Document defects in our product development software

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Application Engineer to join our team. This individual will take the responsibility for field-demonstration of our SmartMelter solution, training our customers, setting up our SmartMelter solution at customer facilities and providing field support to our customers globally. This position requires 50-75% travel worldwide.

Job Tasks

The Field Application Engineer, who reports directly to our Global Field Applications Engineer, will be responsible for demonstrating our SmartMelter solution at customer plants world-wide, and supporting our customers and country representatives. This position requires extensive world-wide travel. Specific tasks include:
Lead and perform onsite SmartMelter demonstrations to potential customers;
Train customer personnel and provide customer support;
Set up SmartMelter solution at customer facilities and provide technical support;
Support the design, development and testing of additional add-on products/features for SmartMelter;

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of Associate degree. Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline is a plus.
